Health
"He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything"- Thomas Carlyle.
Stay Active: Regular exercise is essential for physical health and mental well-being. Find activities you enjoy, whether yoga, jogging, swimming, or dancing. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. But if your busy schedule does not permit you to do some regular structured workouts, don't lose heart. You can carve some minutes off your busy schedule.
The magic of 10,000 steps each day. You can buy a smartwatch; the economy model may cost you as low as Rs 2000. You may put it on your wrist the whole day and do 10k steps over the entire day. If your doctor does not permit you to do 10k steps because of your medical conditions or you lack strength, you can do 3, 4, or 5k, any number. Ideally, it would help to do around half of the steps (preferably a brisk walk or jogging) in the morning and complete the remaining steps (slow and relaxed stroll) after dinner. During the day, you automatically cover a significant number of steps. If you cannot go out, you can walk in or around your house premises. The purpose is to build a sustainable physical activity to boost your metabolism and other body systems.

Eating habits Nourish Your Body: Start by fueling your body with wholesome, nutrient-rich foods. Embrace a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, nuts, adequate amounts of fat, protein, etc. Opt for homemade meals whenever possible and limit processed foods and sugary treats. Create a balanced mix of alkaline and acidic food, cooked and raw food, homemade and outside food, frozen and fresh food, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food (if you can't give up taking non-veg), etc. In the present era of information blast, a colossal amount of information regarding a balanced mix of food is available on the internet. I hope you all know what good food is for you.
Practice Mindful Eating: Eat mindfully; it will help prevent overeating and promote better digestion. Focus entirely on whatever you are eating, and enjoy every bite. Pay attention to your body's hunger and fullness cues, and savour each bite. You need not have collected vast knowledge about what to eat and avoid. Too much research often proves counterproductive. To make things practical and accessible, use your present knowledge wisely, whatever you have been listening to, reading, or getting as a piece of your parental figures' old shared and traditional wisdom.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support hydration and optimal bodily function. Limit caffeinated and sugary beverages, opting for water, herbal teas, and infused waters instead.
Alcohol: In some societies, cultures and professions, alcohol is served as a part of the food. Using alcohol or other intoxicants is entirely a personal choice. There are a few who have been taking alcohol for a long time and are maintaining excellent health. Still, on the other hand, there are a large number of people who sooner or later feel the heat of adverse effects of alcohol on their bodies and physiological systems. There are a few who advocate taking alcohol in moderation. To emphasize their point of view, they quote that doctors also permit a few drinks every day. But at the end of the day, you should take this call. The alcohol may have a soothing and relaxing effect on the body and mind. Still, your liver, kidney, and other vital organs need extra labour to flush out the toxicity ingrained in these substances. Be kind to yourself and understand your body's needs and responses.
In 1825, the French gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin published this celebrated quote in his masterpiece book Physiology of Taste: "Dis-moi ce que tu manges, je te dirai ce que tu es" which translates to "Tell me what you eat and I will tell you who you are." The French still take their food seriously, and this "you are what you eat" theme is still present today in France, America, and worldwide.

Here, I would like to ask you a straightforward question: What would you like to do if you had a lot of money and ample time? The answer to this question is your hobby, which you must develop and engage in.
Speak out: Expressing your views and feelings may not always be possible, but find a way to do so respectfully, objectively, and straightforwardly. It can help you regain your inner calmness.
To conclude, strive for balance in all areas of your life, including work, relationships, leisure, and self-care. Make time for activities that nourish your body, mind, and spirit, and avoid excessive focus on any one aspect of your life. Establish Boundaries: Learn to say no to commitments that drain your energy or cause unnecessary stress. Set clear boundaries in your personal and professional life to maintain balance. Remember that small changes can have a significant impact, so start incorporating these practices into your daily routine and watch as your well-being flourishes.
